November 2006. MIDAS Development Limited now offering pay per call technical support.
In order to make it easier for our customers to request and pay for technical support when required, we are now offering a "Pay As You Go" payment plan, this will allow customers to request a technical support session, either by telephone, or via remote access software without having to create an account. We are able to fully support a range of Lotus Software products, these include Sametime, Lotus Notes - client and server. For Development ,Administration, and technical support.


We are able to offer support on MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Outlook, Project, and FrontPage.



We have many years experience of installing and monitoring the IBM range of Servers, Laptops and Desktop PCs. We can offer sizing advice, Configuration and software installation and support.


Recently we have added MySQL services to our range of supported products, We are able to offer advice on design, deployment and maintenance of MySQL databases running on a range of platforms. In addition to the specialised range of services outlined above we are able to offer more generic support:

Complete System Design
Specification, Installation and Configuration From single PC's to complex multi-server, multi-site networks. We can specify, design, install and configure complete networks by deploying best industry practice. These services include primarily Lotus Notes & Domino technologies but can also include if required: Server design & build, RAID (Redundant Array of Individual Disks), Anti-virus, Tape and Off-Site Backup, Internet Access, and Remote Access and Administration.

Support
We can support a single PC through to the complex networks mentioned above. We offer monthly, annual or telephone support contracts as well as 'one off' call outs. Our rates depend on the configuration and complexity of the network / system. We can however provide fixed price for operating system installs, application installs and telephone support for single PC's.

Internet Set-up
We can connect a single PC using a conventional telephone line, NTL Broadband or BT ADSL. Similarly we can connect computer networks to the Internet using the same technologies.
